Vous encadrerez une petite équipe de 1 à 2 développeurs confirmés, tout en restant très impliqué dans le développement, la conception UX/UI (via Figma) et les choix techniques structurants. Vos missions : Encadrer, challenger et faire progresser les développeurs de votre équipe Participer à la conception technique des interfaces et aux choix d’architecture Développer les nouvelles fonctionnalités sur React (avec une approche clean code) Collaborer étroitement avec l’UX/UI designer pour transformer les maquettes Figma en expériences fluides et ergonomiques Mettre en place les bonnes pratiques de développement, tests et documentation Assurer la qualité, la maintenabilité et les performances du code Être garant des délais et du respect des engagements techniques Profil recherché : De formation supérieure, vous au minimum 5 ans d’expérience en tant que Lead Developer, idéalement sur des projets web à fort enjeu.
