Assist the DG in the development of high-quality project pipelines, support effective day-to-day operations of the department, and provide guidance on operational issues and AIIB policies to the department staff. Assist the DG in annual business planning and budget management for the department.

Responsibilities: Perform loan accounting activities, ensuring ledger accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting policies and standards. Conduct project-level accounting reviews from both loan accounting and debt servicing perspectives.

Responsibilities: Advise on the preparation of environmental and social assessments and implementation of environmental and social management plans and other types of instruments. Review and validate environmental/social risks, impacts, and mitigations identified by the investment teams on selected complex projects covering nonsovereign-backed financings, especially FI projects, against the requirements of AIIB’s ESP.

The Manager – Corporate Portfolio and Data Analytics will report to the Director General (DG) of PMD and will be responsible for managing PMD’s Corporate Portfolio and Data Analytics Unit, which oversees AIIB’s entire investment portfolio, including monitoring and reporting policy compliance, financial and nonfinancial risks, and the achievement of development results; conducting investment valuation; providing IC secretariat services; coordinating IT system development to support investment operations; and providing data analytics services to support decision making by Management and project teams.
