Your Responsibilities: – Serving as the initial point of contact for diverse client requests (phone, live chat and video calls) – Supporting and consulting clients across the full range of products and services – Independent answering of customer inquiries by email – Coordination of all activities and processes within the Operations Team – Control and release function for completed tasks within the team – Responsibility for the maintenance and control of data in various backend systems – Review of new enrollments or adjustments of pension plans and investment strategies for affiliated companies – Participation in projects Your Profile: – Commercial education with further training in economics (HF / FH / University) – Professional experience in the financial sector – Know-how in pension topics – A knack for numbers – Team player with high self-motivation, commitment to performance, and flexibility – Hands-on mentality with a precise and quick way of working – Fluent in German and English Your Benefits: – Centrally located and modern workplace in the city of Lucerne – Interesting development opportunities – Dynamic environment with flat hierarchies and interesting economic prospects – Open and team-oriented corporate culture Application to: Interested?
