You’ll travel occasionally when a project requires a site assessment as well as support during construction.What you’ll do:Design water and wastewater treatment processesEvaluate, select, and implement water and wastewater process equipmentDesign pump stations and pump selectionDesign chemical storage and feed systemsDesign of blower systems and blower sizingSelect mechanical equipmentProduce process flow diagramsProduce piping and instrumentation diagramsPrepare specification and contract documentsSupport construction projectsOversee the development of construction drawings and 3D modelsWhat you’ll bring:Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, chemical, mechanical, or biosystems/agricultural engineering from an ABET accredited program5 or more years of direct experience designing lift stations, booster pump stations, chemical feed, and water/wastewater treatment facilitiesExperience with hydraulic modeling software such as Visual HydraulicsProfessional Engineer Licensure (PE)Bonus points if you bring these, too:Master’s degree in civil, environmental, chemical, mechanical, or biosystems/agricultural or related engineering disciplineCertification as a Pump Systems Assessment ProfessionalExperience using Bluebeam softwareExperience working with a diverse disciplinary team, including civil, structural, building mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation and control disciplinesA record of active part...
