This role demands leadership in Quality Assurance (QA) and Test Automation, encompassing the entire spectrum from design to execution, and ongoing support for testing across diverse projects within ISS applications and services.

He / She will need to work closely with cross functional teams including Product and Project Managers, Development and Business Stakeholders to deliver high quality products and services to our clients.ResponsibilitiesFunctional / Manual Testing:Candidate will be responsible for Manual / Functional Testing.Reviewing requirements, creating, executing and documenting tests casesPlan, design and document various test suites for the applications under consideration (including creating test data whenever required.)Implement, execute, support, and deliver accurate test results in a timely manner.QA environment management and operation – deployments, monitoring, troubleshooting issuesProvide technical support to other team members on projects.API Testing And ValidationPerform API sanity checks and validations using tools like Postman or equivalent. Also collaborate with Application Management teams for deployments in higher environments.Non-Functional TestingAssist in test case writing for automation suite and execution of automated test suite using different tool & technologies like Java/Selenium, Cypress, etc.Execute and manage other forms of testing like Security Testing, Performance Testing and other non - functional test as per the project requirements.Mentorship And Team LeadershipMentor & Lead team of QA Engineers (handling both Functional & Non-functional types of testing as mentioned above) through best practices and promote continuous improvementServe as a technical point of contact for QA-related matters, providing supp...
