At Kimball Midwest, you are a name and not a number and we pride ourselves on our unique culture.ResponsibilitiesAccountable for creating, maintaining, and enhancing software solutions that provide operational stability and seamless business continuity.Responsible for delivering high-quality, innovative solutions that provide consistent, delightful experiences.Engages in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept/design to development to delivery and post-launch support.Collaborates with product partners and business stakeholders to grasp project requirements and translate them into technical specifications for software solutions which align with team strategies, standards, and guardrails.Performs code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to coding standards, provides constructive feedback to team members.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience1-4 years of experience and proficiency developing software applications using object-oriented programming languages, preferably C#Experience and proficiency working with relational database systems – including querying, design, implementation, and optimizationConceptual understanding of DevOps practices and principles, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and collaboration with operations teams to automate and streamline the software development lifecycleExperience and proficiency with cloud computing, including deploying and managing cloud-based applications, leveraging cloud services, and implementing best practicesAbility to work outside of normal business hoursAdditional InformationThis is a fully on-site position reporting to the office Monday through Friday.We offer a benefits package that includes health, dental and vision insurance, company sponsored life, optional life and disability insurance, Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts, a 401(k) p...

At Kimball Midwest, you are a name and not a number and we pride ourselves on our unique culture.The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for delivering and enhancing Kimball Midwest’s digital marketing channels to drive revenue, engagement, and adoption of marketing programs. This role ensures marketing programs and initiatives are effectively delivered to the right audiences across digital channels, while also leading standalone digital efforts that support broader business objectives.ResponsibilitiesExecute and optimize customer-facing digital marketing efforts, including revenue-driving email campaigns and automations.Manage internal digital communications that support sales enablement and associate engagement.Lead SEO initiatives across content, technical and local optimization.Own and maintain CMS content within Storefront and related digital properties.Execute and optimize paid media campaigns aligned to marketing programs and business priorities.Manage social media presence and online reputation management initiatives.Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for email marketing and SEO agency partners.Analyze performance data to identify insights, trends, and optimization opportunities.Partner with the e-commerce team on website upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.Support testing and rollout of website updates to ensure alignment with marketing programs and customer needs.Collaborate with other Integrated Marketing teams to ensure digital delivery supports program goals.Recommend and implement enhancements to improve reach, efficiency, and effectiveness of digital channels.Proof, edit, and review all materials for brand consistency, clarity, and accuracy.Provide post-campaign insights and collaborate on continuous improvement of messaging and channel performance.Maintain channel documentation, calendars, and archives for performance tracking and audit...
