As ourDirector of Application Engineering & Development, you won’t just manage teams - you will define strategy, elevate technical standards, and ensure our platforms enable meaningful business impact at scale.In this role, you will lead enterprise application development and engineering teams supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) and Microsoft Azure–based solutions. Vice President of Technology, your main responsibilities will include:Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing application engineering and QA teams across onshore and offshore models, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.Define and execute the application engineering strategy aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture.Own the full lifecycle of applications built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Azure, balancing feature delivery, scalability, platform stability, and technical debt reduction.Drive agile program execution across multiple teams using Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid frameworks, ensuring predictable and high-quality releases.Provide technical leadership across architecture, integration, APIs, reporting solutions, and DevOps/CI/CD practices.Ensure application platforms are AI-ready and aligned with Microsoft’s AI and Copilot strategy in partnership with Architecture, Dat...
