Responsibilities Design, enhance, and maintain business-driven data preparation workflows to support dashboards and ad hoc reporting for Corporate Banking users Analyze existing data systems, flows, and business requirements to identify improvement opportunities Streamline and refactor legacy Alteryx workflows by applying clean coding principles, centralizing logic, and reducing redundancy Implement improvements progressively across environments while validating impacts and avoiding regression on downstream dashboards Integrate data from multiple source systems in collaboration with Data Engineering teams, ensuring data quality, reliability, and timeliness Simplify data flow designs to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability Identify obsolete datasets, unused files, and abandoned workflows; refactor or decommission them as needed Design, develop, and maintain reusable Alteryx macros and components to standardize transformation logic and reduce technical debt Harmonize legacy SAS and Alteryx processes by migrating useful logic and eliminating duplication across platforms Support and improve release and deployment processes through enhanced automation and quality checks Apply documentation standards for datasets and workflows to ensure clarity, consistency, and easy discovery Establish and maintain monitoring solutions to track data quality, performance, and operational stability Manage daily batch processing and multi-instance environments to ensure consistency and efficient resource utilization Technical Skills (Mandatory) Strong hands-on experience with Alteryx or similar ETL/data preparation tools Advanced SQL skills, with strong knowledge of Transact-SQL Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g, SQL Server) Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN) Technical Skills (Preferred) Hands-on experience with SAS Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau Programming experience with Python or similar languages Familiarity with CI/CD practices Business & Methodology Skills Strong understanding of data flows and data preparation techniques Experience in banking or financial services environments Practical experience working in Agile frameworks Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to translate detailed technical concepts into a broader business perspective Proactive communication and strong stakeholder engagement Knowledge-sharing mindset and collaborative attitude Agile mindset with focus on...
