This position will determine the needs and expectations of the client and oversees the project to ensure all needs are met, including establishing and communicating project requirements and ensuring the team delivers a final product which meets the requirements and maintains client satisfaction; develop a detailed scope of work, budget, and schedule; provide ongoing communication to the project team, ensuring objectives are clear; direct the project team through all phases of the project to achieve the desired results within the established budget and schedule; negotiate scope and fee with the client under the guidance/direction of a project officer; recommend alternative solutions if project objectives cannot be achieved and contractual obligations cannot be met; serve as a point of contact for the client and the liaison with the project team throughout the duration of the project, including providing regular status updates; provide technical direction and coordination of the project team; provide an exceptional client experience to support marketing efforts to secure repeat business from existing clients and work from new clients; and identify problems with the production and delivery process and participate in efforts to affect improvements. This position may also provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and may serve as the primary owner for project quality planning and quality control.QualificationsHave a bachelor's degree from an accredited program and 12 years relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Have a passion for project management.
