This role helps ensure our story is told consistently and authentically, building awareness year-round and confidence during enrollment peaks.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Management & GovernanceSupport monitoring brand consistency across creative assets and copyCollaborate with Marketing Strategy to develop creative briefs and campaign materialsMaintain and share brand and messaging resources including guidelines, editorial standards and other assets as required via the Digital Asset Management systemPartner cross-functionally with School Services, Enrollment, and Retention teamsContribute to brand tracking and summarize trends in awareness and sentimentFamily Ambassador ProgramManage the operational rhythm of the Family Brand Ambassador program including onboarding and engagementBuild and maintain pipelines of ambassador activities and communicationsCoordinate with PR and marketing teams on filming days, media opportunities, and campaignsDevelop ambassador toolkits including messaging guidance and social media contentAct as the main point of contact for ambassadorsContent & Social CollaborationPartner with social and agency teams to deliver brand and ambassador driven contentBrief ambassadors on campaign themes and coordinate asset collectionWork with Creative Services and communications teams on branded materialsInsights, Measurement & ReportingAggregate insights from surveys, campaign data, and social channelsTranslate insights into actionable recomm...
