At Winning Consulting we are looking for an AI & Data Strategy Consultant to join a strategic transformation engagement with a European financial institution. Responsibilities Contribute to the definition of an AI and data strategy aligned with the institution’s mandate, priorities and operating model Analyse current business processes and ways of working, helping to design future-state operating models and AI-enabled workflows Support the identification, qualification and prioritisation of AI use cases across functions, using structured criteria Prepare, co-design and facilitate workshops with leadership and cross-functional teams to align on vision, use cases and roadmap, ensuring tangible and actionable outputs Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counterparts to collect inputs, validate findings and align expectations Conduct market and ecosystem scans on AI trends, providers and initiatives, with a focus on the European landscape and regulatory context Contribute to the design of learning paths and capability-building initiatives in AI and digital skills for different target groups Synthesize complex information (interviews, workshops, market research, internal documentation) into concise visual deliverables such as short briefings, decision memos and slide decks Support project planning and coordination across phases and workstreams, applying agile or hybrid approaches to iterate on strategy and deliverables Requirements University degree in business, economics, engineering, data/IT or a related field 3–5 years of professional experience in consulting or transformation roles, with hands-on participation in data, AI, digital or business transformation initiatives Experience working on AI, data or analytics-related projects Strong exposure to organisational transformation: operating model design, process re-engineering, change initiatives or strategic programmes Experience working with institutional, public-sector or international organisations is highly valued Experience in designing or supporting workshops with senior stakeholders, including preparation of materials, facilitation support and capture of decisions and actions Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, 🌐 Sobre Winning Consulting En Winning Consulting impulsamos la transformación de nuestros clientes mediante consultoría, formación, selección e investigación.
