Associate Director, Finance

Responsibilities: Lead the functions of financial planning & analysis (“FP&A”), business partnering and procurement control to uphold the best practices in areas of financial management and effective budgetary planning and control Being the lead finance analyst of the Company, develop and maintain insightful analytics on the financial performance, in particular to budgeting and long-term forecast Perform the financial control including the procurement control and compliance of the Company Act as the business partner from Finance to support other divisions in delivering outcomes adhere to internal control policies, standards, and procedures Support the technological initiatives of the Company, in particular to the implementation and operations of IT applications and AI tools in the areas of FP&A, financial operations and procurement control Assist Finance Director to handle any ad-hoc matters of finance and procurement, in particular to those related to the Board and Committee and other stakeholders of the Company Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement changes Requirements: University graduate with a recognized degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines, with a recognized professional qualification in Accountancy or Finance At least 12 years of relevant working experiences in the fields of commercial finance, accounting and auditing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Proven record of relevant management experience in the areas of FP&A and procurement control in sizable organizations Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
