Business Development Manager EN/GER – Industrial Sector Our client, an international industrial group, is strengthening its sales organization and looking to grow its Business Development team to support further expansion in the industrial sector. Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial sector (electronics & semiconductors, connectivity, optics, measurement instruments, infrastructure & energy) Drive B2B prospecting and client acquisition in Switzerland and internationally Manage and grow strategic key accounts while ensuring high client satisfaction Co-develop innovative, value-added solutions with technical and industrial teams Define and execute the sales strategy, manage budgets, and lead contract negotiations Profile Technical education with proven experience in B2B business development in an industrial environment Strong national and/or international network within relevant industrial sectors Solid track record in B2B prospecting and complex sales cycles Fluency in English and German; French is a plus Knowledge of machining and/or surface treatment processes is an asset Autonomous, structured, and results-driven mindset Offer Join an international industrial company offering excellent social benefits, a dynamic team, and a modern working environment.
