What you'll be doing Analyse and Iterate: Dive deep into analytics and user research to understand user behavior, spot trends, and formulate data-driven decisions (we mainly rely on GA4, MS Clarity, Lyssna and a few other tools) Strategise and Drive: Identify growth opportunities across the customer journey, from awareness to reactivation, and develop a roadmap for experimentation across the Gentoo Media Group Experiment Continuously: Own the process of Design, implementation, and evaluation of A/B tests and other experiments to drive growth and retention Collaborate: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, from design to developers to Project Managers and Content Writers, to deliver on growth initiatives Leverage technical skills to effectively partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement new experimentation Maintaining roadmap, requirements gathering, test implementation, measurement, and next-step recommendations to drive measurable increases in conversion rates and revenue Design and implement testing processes and internal tools, in collaboration with Development Teams, Design, and Operations, that enable the team to work more efficiently and in an ag...
