POSITION TYPE: Full-Time EDUCATION: Degree or Relevant Experience Required LOCATION: Hybrid Remote(Developing into an in-person role in Philadelphia, PA) Position Overview We aren't just looking for someone to answer emails; we are looking for a customer service specialist to delight our customers. Tasks & Responsibilities Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring every dog parent feels heard and valued Communication Excellence: Craft clear ,concise, and empathetic responses via email and social channels• Order Support: Monitor order statuses and coordinate with partners to resolve discrepancies between orders and received goods Process Improvement: Maintain internal reporting and look for ways to improve the customer experience and internal work flows Brand Ambassadorship: Pitch in occasionally at a dog shelter, local store, or event to represent the brand Internal Customer Delight: Assist in general duties around the office and provide support in delighting our internal team Requirements Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Platform Experience: Experience with Gorgias and Shopify is highly preferred for managing customer tickets and orders Soft Skills: Strong organizational, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills are essential Analytical Ability: Ability to interpret data and trends from customer feedback to help the company grow Location: Reside within commutable distance of Philadelphia, PA Workspace: A quiet place to work with reliable internet access for remote days Stand Out From The Crowd The "Benebone" Mindset: Ha...
