You’ll serve as a strategic partner to your customers, driving measurable outcomes through proactive engagement, thoughtful insights, and value-based expansion conversations. What You’ll Do Customer Portfolio, Retention & Growth Consistently meet or exceed retention goals while consistently renewing customers Identify, position, and support account expansion opportunities through increased adoption, additional use cases, and new stakeholders Scope, advance, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities Maintain account plans that balance customer outcomes with long-term revenue growth Strategic Engagement & Value Delivery Maintain regular, proactive touchpoints to build trust and identify opportunities to add value Use QBRs to connect product value to business impact, surface growth signals, and align on future initiatives Position Spark as a strategic partner within customers’ organizations, particularly for teams involved in real estate development and related workflows Communication, Influence & Relationship Building Tailor communication to a wide range of audiences, including executive stakeholders and economic buyers Actively listen for stated and unstated customer needs, adjusting messaging in real time Navigate moderate objections related to scope, v...
