The role We’re hiring a Distribution Account Manager, EMEA to ensure the commercial success of our distribution partners across EMEA. Key responsibilities Distribution partner strategy & performance Own the EMEA distribution business plan: coverage model, vertical focus, targets, and execution cadence Lead QBR/MBR processes, establish KPIs, and drive accountability across revenue, funnel, and design-win conversion Agree and implement joint go-to-market plans with distribution leadership, field sales, and FAE organizations Demand creation & design-win execution Build and drive an opportunity funnel inside key target accounts and attractive applications Enable distributor teams with messaging, training, tools, and competitive positioning Support the full lifecycle: opportunity qualification → design registration → sampling/evaluation → design-in → ramp Cross-functional leadership Work closely with Nanopower applications/engineering and internal stakeholders to unblock technical and commercial barriers Coordinate campaigns and programs with marketing and distribution to generate measurable demand Commercial excellence Manage fo...
