International Total Rewards Regional Support

Total Rewards regional support will include market and trend analytics, development of Total Rewards policies and processes, survey submissions, market range development, and general implementation and maintenance of compensation and benefits programs, policies, procedures, processes ensuring locally competitive programs that meet business objectives. Position responsibilities: The successful candidate will perform the following duties: Support the ongoing development and delivery of compensation and benefit programs Conduct ad hoc analyses, research and data collation to support compensation and benefit projects Establish and execute annual benefit communication plans Support education and communication on compensation and benefit matters Maintain, Draft and coordinate new and updated Policies/ Pay Practices documentation.
