Title: Visual Designer Location: San Jose, CA (REMOTE) Duration: Initial 12 month contract with possible extensions Work Requirements: , Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S. Visual Designer Key Responsibilities: Execute high-quality visual design using brand guidelines across multiple channels Own projects end-to-end with minimal hand-holding—ask smart questions, manage details, and deliver Design a large volume of event-related graphics, including: Print assets Social posts Event signage and collateral Create and maintain presentation design, ebooks, and web landing/page templates Update and version existing templates efficiently Prepare print-ready files and QA assets for production Collaborate with internal creative teams, stakeholders, and central brand partners Occasionally partner with 3D and motion resources to provide visual guidance (3D experience is a plus) Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of visual design experience (in-house or agency) Strong experience working within established brand guidelines Expert knowledge of: Typography Layout and visual hierarchy Detail-oriented design execution Heavy experience using Figma Strong presentation design skills Solid understanding of print production (file setup, prepress, QA) Experience designing for events, campaigns, and social channels Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong collaborator and team player Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience at a large tech company or enterprise-scale brand Exposure to or curiosity about AI tools and how they can improve workflows Experience with 3D, video, or motion design Experience contributing to or maintaining scalable design systems What We Look for in a Portfolio Portfolio matters more than résumé Clear articulation of your specific role on each project Evidence of: Strong typography and layout fundamentals Attention to detail (spacing, sizing, polish) Ability to work within brand systems Clean, modern portfolio site that demonstrates care for design fundamentals Experience with recognizable brands is a plus Location: 100% Remote West Coast preferred Central to West Coast time zones acceptable Our benefits package includes: Comprehensive medical benefits Competitive pay 401(k) retirement plan …and much more!
