Healy Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Maximo Business Analyst (IT Service Management) to assist our Baltimore, MD client on their Maximo implementation. Job Description / Responsibilities Requirements & Process Analysis Facilitate workshops and interviews with IT stakeholders to elicit functional, process, and reporting requirements Document current-state (“as-is”) ITSM processes, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for standardization Define future-state (“to-be”) processes aligned with ITIL guidance and organizational governance goals Develop process flow diagrams, use cases, and narratives for ITSM workflows ITSM & Maximo IT Focus Translate business and operational requirements into Maximo IT–ready functional specifications Support the definition of requirements for core ITSM capabilities, such as: Incident Management Service Request Management Problem Management Change Enablement Asset & Configuration Management (CMDB) Knowledge Management Collaborate with technical/configuration teams to ensure requirements are clear, testable, and feasible within Maximo IT Documentation & Deliverables Produce high-quality documentation, including: Business requirements documents (BRDs) Functional requirements specifications (FRS) Process maps and RACI models Data and reporting requirements Maintain requirements traceability and version control throughout the engagement Stakeholder Coordination & Validation Serve as liaison between business stakeholders, IT leadership, and implementation teams Lead requirements walkthroughs and validation sessions Support design reviews and user acceptance preparation (as needed) Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of exp...
