Key Responsibilities Work with cross-functional teams, facilitate, determine and document functional specifications, use cases, and workflow process diagrams using interviews, document analysis, product research, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions and scenarios Contribute to the development and elaboration of user stories with cross-functional teams Contribute to selection of the most appropriate means of representing business requirements in the context of a specific change initiative, ensuring traceability back to source.
