Preconstruction Engineering Manager

This role integrates engineering and preconstruction strategic planning, project scope review, and coordination responsibilities to ensure seamless project execution from development through construction start.Responsibilities:Coordinate between project engineering team and preconstruction team on preliminary work scopes, constructability reviews, bid package development, and subcontractor invite list.Review equipment slated for procurement to ensure properly captured and communicated in work scope and internally assigned for purchasing.Support quality control review of preliminary schedules and ensuring bid packages align with project scope and strategy.In collaboration with the preconstruction team, qualify subcontractors based upon ability to satisfy requirements including relevant experience, providing insurance and bonds, compliance with prevailing wage requirements, and cybersecurity posture.
