Project Manager/ Business Analyst - HRIS (Oracle HCM)

Overview We are hiring a hybrid HRIT Project Manager / Business Analyst to support the APAC rollout of a global Oracle HCM Cloud implementation. Required Experience Strong experience as HRIT Project Manager and/or Business Analyst Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Solid functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM Core HR Experience with HR system implementations or regional rollouts Strong understanding of HR data migration, reporting, and integrations Experience managing UAT and stakeholder-driven delivery Nice to Have Oracle HCM Cloud certification Financial services or large enterprise environment experience What we offer Keyrus offers a working environment and projects that attract the best people working in business intelligence, data analytics, and digital transformation.
