As an AI Engineer on our AI Product & Engineering Team, you’ll help create new AI solutions that connect leading brands with top talent. Role and Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy AI Agents to streamline recruiter workflows, from sourcing qualified candidates through evaluation Build and fine-tune machine learning and LLM-based models for reasoning, classification, prediction, and task execution Integrate AI Agents with other business systems and enterprise customer data Help to define data collection and modeling frameworks Implement agent orchestration, memory, tool-use, and feedback loops to ensure reliability and scalability Evaluate model performance using quantitative metrics and business KPIs Coordinating and working closely with engineering to put models and algorithms into production Working collaboratively with other Data Science teams in cross product efforts Preferred Qualifications 2+ years as an AI Engineer or equivalent experience Experience building backend services in a strongly typed language (Rust, Scala, Go, or similar) Knowledge of AI / ML fundamentals and model optimization techniques.
