This individual will play a critical role in driving budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic decision support across the organization.The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and business-minded — someone who can translate data into insights and partner effectively with leadership to influence decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & AnalysisLead the annual budgeting process across departmentsManage monthly and quarterly forecasting cyclesDevelop and maintain long-range financial planning modelsAnalyze variances to budget and forecast, providing actionable insights to leadershipFinancial Modeling & Strategic AnalysisBuild and maintain complex financial models to support business initiatives, capital investments, pricing strategies, and growth opportunitiesPerform scenario analysis and sensitivity modelingEvaluate ROI on strategic projects and operational investmentsSupport M&A analysis and integration efforts as neededReporting & Business PartnershipPrepare monthly financial reporting packages for executive leadershipDevelop dashboards and KPIs to track performancePartner with department leaders to improve financial visibility and accountabilityIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities across the businessProcess ImprovementEnhance budgeting and forecasting processesImprove reporting automation and data integritySupport ERP and financial system optimization initiativesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field3+ years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experienceStrong budgeting and forecasting experience (required)Advanced financial modeling experience (required)Advanced Excel skills (model building, pivot tables, scenario analysis)Experience with ERP systems and financial planning toolsStrong communication skills with the ability to present to leadership
