Senior IT Business Analyst - Brussels - No work permit

Tasks and responsibilities: Preparation of business requirements and approval of specifications; Management of changes requests; Coordination and review of acceptance testing and planning of deliveries; Reporting of status of IT module to stakeholders; Assistance with preparation of guidelines and training material; Assistance and/or participation in business requirements documents and other relevant documents; Interaction with the business analysts, customer, users, project leaders and the developers; Participation in working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users; Profile: Bachelor or Master degree; +5/+7/+9 years relevant experience in business analysis; Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.); Good knowledge of BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value; Knowledge of Enterprise Architect is an advantage; Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis; Good knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes; Ability to give business and technical presentations; Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences; Analysis and problem solving skills; Capability to write clear and structured business requirements documents; Certificate in Agile methodology would be a plus; Fluent in English Interested: Please send you CV to resume@all-european-careers.com.
