If you have strong payroll expertise and hands-on experience with Canadian regulations, this is a great opportunity!🔎 Key Responsibilities:Process accurate and timelymulti-province Canadian payrollwhile meeting strict deadlinesMaintain data accuracy inUKG/Kronosand ensure seamless integration withADP GlobalView (ADP GV)Review and validate additional earnings, time corrections, and rate adjustments in compliance with Canadian federal & provincial regulationsAnalyze ADP GV payroll audit and pre-processing reports; resolve discrepancies and out-of-balance conditionsResearch and resolve payroll-related inquiries from HR, Finance, and Operations teamsProvide Tier 1 support for Kronos, troubleshoot system errors, and assist with testingManage employee assignments, profiles, and PTO/vacation accruals in alignment with Canadian standards✅ Required:ProvenCanada payroll experience(multi-province)Experience withADP GlobalViewandUKG/KronosStrong knowledge of Canadian federal and provincial payroll regulations➕ Nice to Have:French speaking and writing skills
