The Solutions Engineer partners directly with customers to guide onboarding, deliver product demonstrations and training, support integrations and data workflows, and ensure long-term platform success, while also managing inbound technical support, troubleshooting software issues, reproducing, and documenting bugs, and collaborating closely with development teams to improve product stability and user experience.
