In this role, you will work closely with mission stakeholders and technical teams to define, document, and manage space-based communication system requirements. This well-established, tenured Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) team wishes to add a candidate who will play a pivotal role in the planning and acquisition of communication systems, ensuring successful development efforts and delivery of cutting-edge solutions.Duties include but are not limited to:Provide technical and programmatic advisory services during program execution of communication architectures.Translate mission needs into clear, structured requirements.Create and maintain requirement documents and traceability matrices.Track, evaluate, and manage changes to requirements throughout the project lifeReview and critique proposed requirements changes, ensuring system integrity is maintained.Facilitate communication between project managers, architects, and systems engineers to ensure shared understanding of requirements.Analyze existing systems and infrastructure to identify integration requirements.Apply best practices and requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, DOORS).Support process improvements in requirements engineering practices to increase efficiency and quality.QualificationsRequired Skills:Mu...
