This role requires strong stakeholder management, hiring strategy ownership, team leadership, and data-driven recruitment execution The ideal candidate has experience hiring at scale for product-based or fast-growing companies, and can balance speed, quality, and candidate experienceTalent Acquisition StrategyThe core responsibilities for the job include the following:Own and execute hiring strategy across tech, product, sales, marketing, and support roles.Partner with leadership, founders, and hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities.Build scalable hiring frameworks, interview processes, and evaluation standards.End-to-End Hiring OwnershipManage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and joining.Ensure quality hiring with reduced time-to-fill and improved offer-to-join ratio.Drive lateral leadership and niche hiring.Stakeholder And Interview ManagementAct as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, heads of engineering, product leaders, and business heads.Calibrate interview panels and ensure structured, unbiased interviews.Improve interviewer effectiveness and candidate experience.Team LeadershipLead, mentor, and grow a team of recruiters/senior recruiters.Set hiring goals, track performance, and conduct regular reviews.Drive accountability and hiring excellence across the team.Process, Tools And AnalyticsOwn and optimize ATS, hiring workflows, and recruitment automation tools.Track and report key hiring metrics: time-to-hire, source efficiency, pipeline health, and cost-per-hire.Continuously improve hiring processes through data and feedback.Requirements7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.Strong experience hiring for product-based/tech-driven companies.Proven track record of scaling teams in fast-paced environments.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Strong negotiation skills and understanding of compensation structures.PreferredExperience hiring for engineering, product, data, and leadership roles.Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Keka, Zoho, etc.
