With a strong focus on innovation, our client has a major presence in Europe and fosters a collaborative, open, and family-like culture.What You Will Do:In this role, you will be the engine driving top-of-funnel talent acquisition across Europe:Strategically Source and Recruit Talent:Proactively identify, engage, and pipeline passive candidates for a variety oftechnical and support functionsacross multiple European countries (e.g., IT, Finance).Market Intelligence Expert:Act as astrategic advisorto Hiring Managers by providing expert guidance on talent availability, market trends, and sourcing strategies.Candidate Engagement:Create and execute highly effective outreach campaigns to build relationships with hard-to-find candidates, generating excitement about the client and specific opportunities.Process Enhancement:Drive continuous improvement by leading or participating in projects focused on optimizing sourcing channels, candidate relationship management (CRM) usage, and reporting metrics.Who We Are Looking For:Aseasoned Sourcing Recruiterwith at least 3years of experiencefocused heavily on technical recruitment and candidate engagement, ideally in a corporate or RPO environment.Proven expertisein creating and executing complex, multi-channel sourcing strategies across various platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, specialist databases, etc.).Excellent communication skills andfull professional proficiency in English and Germanis mandatory for cross-European collaboration.Aproactive, solution-oriented individualwho takes initiative and thrives in a dynamic, high-volume setting.Experience sourcing forcorporate functionssuch as IT, Engineering, finance, audit, or strategy is highly desirable.An open-minded team player based inHungarywho learns quickly and adapts easily to new processes and international environments.What We Offer:A competitive salary , bonus and benefits packageA position within a professional, caring, and collaborative international teambased in our European hubs.The chance to be deeply integrated into the client's business, where you are considered a true part of th...
