Workday AMS Consultant – 3rd Level Support (m/f/d) Location: Europe Employment type: Contract Your Responsibilities Provide 3rd-level support within the Workday Application Management Services (AMS) environment Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex incidents and service requests in Workday HCM Core, Absence Management, and Time Tracking Perform root cause analyses and implement sustainable, long-term solutions Configure and optimize Workday business processes in line with functional and regulatory requirements Support Workday releases, including regression testing and system enhancements Collaborate closely with HR, IT, business stakeholders, and external partners Document solutions, processes, and best practices Act as a subject-matter expert, supporting and mentoring 2nd-level support teams Your Profile Several years of hands-on experience in Workday AMS or Workday support, ideally in a 3rd-level role Strong expertise in Workday HCM Core, Absence Management, and Time Tracking Proven experience handling complex HR processes and system issues Familiarity with ticketing systems and structured incident management Experience with Workday releases, patches, and change processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders Very good English skills (German is a plus) What We Offer A long-term and stable role within a mature Workday environment High level of remote flexibility and flexible working hours Modern working environment with short decision-making paths Competitive compensation and benefits package Continuous professional development in the Workday ecosystem Collaborative, supportive, and inclusive team culture Interested?
