This role focuses on technical leadership, project execution, and client engagement, working closely with project managers and engineering teams throughout all phases of design and construction.The ideal candidate brings experience from a consulting or A/E firm environment, demonstrates strong architectural judgment, and is comfortable leading multidisciplinary teams while supporting client relationships and project pursuits.Key ResponsibilitiesLead architectural design and execution for industrial, manufacturing, and food & beverage facility projects across all project phasesPartner with Project Managers to define scope of services, schedules, staffing plans, and labor estimatesSupport proposal development, project pursuits, and client presentationsServe as a primary architectural point of contact for clients and internal stakeholdersProvide technical leadership, design direction, and QA/QC review of architectural deliverablesCoordinate closely with engineering disciplines to support integrated project deliverySupport construction activities including design interpretation, field coordination, and issue resolutionMentor and guide junior architects and designersEnsure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and internal design practicesParticipate in site visits and client meetings as requiredRequired QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited programRegistered Architect (RA) required10–15+ years of progressive architectural experienceExperience in a consulting / architecture-engineering firm environmentBackground supporting industrial, manufacturing, or food & beverage facilitiesStrong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practicesProven ability to lead teams and coordinate multidisciplinary effortsStrong client-facing, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work primarily onsite with limited remote flexibilityPreferred QualificationsMaster’s deg...
