The scope of this job includes building and optimizing comprehensive solutions that prioritize end-user efficiency and experience.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain features and components of WellSky solutions with an emphasis on code quality, performance, and scalability.Collaborate with solution managers, designers, and other teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver high-impact features that align with business goals.Identify and resolve technical issues in production and development environments.Optimize system performance and scalability through troubleshooting and ongoing improvements.Prepare technical documentation and participate in code reviews to ensure that software code meets internal standards and follows industry best practices.Develop and maintain a robust set of unit tests and participate in other styles of automated testing, including integration, load, and performance testing to validate quality of code written.Leverage AI tools and platforms as an integral part of daily responsibilities to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and drive data-informed outcomes.Perform other job duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience2-4 years of relevant work experienceExperience with Ruby on Rails or comparable web application frameworksExperience with Angular or other modern, responsive web user interfacesPreferred Qualifications:Healthcare industry experienceExperience with AI tools (e.g., Claude Code)Experience with PostgreSQL or comparable relational database systemsExperience with C# or other object-oriented languagesExperience with Playwright or comparable testing toolsExperience with applications deployed in containerized environments (e.g., Docker) and desire to learn more about infrastructure-as-codeExperience with Continuous Delivery/Deployment and desire seeing code go to production as soon as possibleExperience in an agile environmentJob Expectations:Willing to work additional or irregular hours as neededMust work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client informationMust be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods o...
