This is a high-impact, highly visible position focused on building scalable, modern data platforms that power analytics, reporting, and strategic decision-making across the business.You will work at the intersection of Lakehouse, Warehouse, and advanced analytics platforms, partnering closely with architects, product leaders, and business stakeholders to transform complex data into trusted, actionable insights.This role offers strong ownership, architectural influence, and the opportunity to help establish best practices while scaling a modern cloud data ecosystem.What You’ll DoDesign, build, and evolve end-to-end data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, and SparkArchitect and maintain Lakehouse and Warehouse solutions leveraging Delta LakeImplement and optimize Medallion architecture (Bronze / Silver / Gold) within OneLakeDevelop scalable ETL/ELT frameworks supporting batch and incremental ingestionDrive performance optimization (partitioning, schema design, caching, query tuning)Enable analytics and reporting through semantic models and Direct Lake integrationEstablish data quality, validation, observability, and monitoring best practicesPartner with business teams to translate requirements into robust, extensible data modelsContribute to governance standards, documentation, and platform best practicesProvide technical leadership through design reviews and collaborative solution sessionsWhat You BringSenior-level experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or related fieldDeep hands-on experience with Azure data services or comparable cloud ecosystems, including:Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, OneLake)Azure Data FactoryAzure Synapse AnalyticsBI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similarExperience with Snowflake is a plusStrong Spark experience (PySpark and/or Spark SQL)Advanced SQL expertise (T-SQL and/or ANSI SQL)Proven experience designing and operating enterprise-scale data pipelinesHands-on experience with Delta Lake and modern data lake architecturesStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyWhy This RoleOpportunity to inf...
