Senior Manager, Program Management

The Senior Program Manager is responsible for the cost, schedule, resourcing, and performance of assigned programs by leading teams including Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Contracts, Legal, Finance, Quality, Security, and others. Program Managers are expected to demonstrate team building, leadership, and communication skills by building relationships of trust with their teams, customers, peers, and leadership, and to effectively communicate with confidence including regular presentations and status updates to leadership.Essential Functions:Subject matter expert with comprehensive, in-depth knowledge of program management.Lead and develop reporting Program Managers in the execution of the portfolio as assigned by the Director, ISR Networks.Direct all phases of the program from inception through completion.Drive program execution to achieve key business and financial (P&L) objectivesDrive growth strategy to sustain and capture new growth business within the assigned portfolioAct as primary contact for program activities, leading program review sessions discuss cost, schedule, technical performance and risk.Manage external relationships with the Government, Prime Contractors, and Interna...
