Come join us and help shape the future!WSP is currently initiating a search for aSenior Vice President, Program Management to work in San Francisco, CaliforniaYour ImpactServe in a program director role on mega rail transportation project delivered via various delivery methodsLead the delivery of multiple connected design-build CBTC transformation projects, through the design, construction and closeout phasesManage the commercial interest of the client while driving the on-time and on-budget deliveryResponsible for independent review of project progressPerform schedule review and analysisProvide solutions to project issuesReview and strategize improvement to key operational performance metricsSupport and empower staff and direct reports to execute project assignments on time and on budgetDevelop and maintain Project Management Plans to include Program Controls, Document Control, Design Management, Risk Management, Safety Management, Quality Control, and Environmental ComplianceDevelop and maintain relationships with public and private sector clients, agencies, partner firms and sub-consultants, as well as other external stakeholders such as vendors and suppliers.Lead staff development which includes mentoring, training, coaching and professional development.Accountable for overall management and successful execution of consultant’s contract to ensure performance and profitability.Create a learning culture that values innovative subject matter expertise and fosters effective and continual personal development.Develop and implement a communication strategy to increase the effectiveness of discipline-related processes, systems, and practices, and mitigating discipline-related risks.Serve as program management discipline subject matter expert to a variety of internal / external entities including Federal, State, and Local Agencies, Clients, Subcontractors, industry-related groups, and various government and community entities.Manage overall delivery ...
