This position works independently with minimal supervision and will lead business application projects.The Senior Technology Analyst will be working together with the Senior Application Development Analyst and maintain thought leadership with deep subject matter expertise related to ServiceNow ITSM product capabilities including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, CMDB, Knowledge, Service Level Agreement / Management, Customer Service Management, Service Portal, and Custom Scoped Applications.The ideal candidate would have ServiceNow Admin experience and related ServiceNow certifications in their main certification path with IT product line.The Judicial CouncilThe Judicial Council of California is the policy setting body for the state court system and has constitutionally conferred statewide rule-making authority.
