If you thrive on autonomy, possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, and are ready to take full ownership of high-stakes goals in an evolving, high-velocity environment, we want to hear from you.This role will focus on onboarding and incubating sellers in key TikTok Shop verticals such as Fashion, Beauty, and Home & Living.Responsibilities:Proactively conduct outbound prospectingvia multi-channel (email, phone, social) outbound campaigns to source and qualify high-potential seller-partnersLead initial pitchesto understand seller needs, translating the unique value of TikTok Shop into compelling, tailored propositions for them.Assess seller fitto confirm potential partners, ensuring strong platform fit, identifying the seller growth strategies, and clear pathways to GMV growth.Support end-to-end seller onboarding, registration, account setup, and activation of new sellers.Collaborate with internal teamsto ensure continued support for onboarded sellers.
