HR Executive

Kidbea aims to provide non-toxic sustainable products to children and offer a relaxed parenting experience to every toddler's parent.The HR Executive will manage day-to-day human resource operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR documentation. The role ensures smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.Key Responsibilities2+ years of experience in HR operations and recruitmentHandle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processManage employee records, attendance, and leave managementPrepare HR documents: offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, exitsCoordinate payroll inputs and support salary processingHandle statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, labor laws)Manage background verification and employee documentationAddress employee queries and support employee engagementAssist in performance appraisal and HR reporting (MIS)Handle resignation, exit formalities, and full & final settlementsRequirementsGraduate/Postgraduate in HR or relevant field1–3 years of HR experience (freshers may apply if specified)Good communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of labor laws and HR complianceProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
