Appian Software QA Tester

This role focuses on creating and executing test plans, identifying defects, and ensuring that applications meet business requirements and quality standards. You will work closely with developers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to support both production releases and new development projects, ensuring seamless user experience and robust application performance.Roles And ResponsibilitiesTest Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Appian applications based on business and technical requirements.Functional Testing: Execute manual and automated tests to validate workflows, interfaces, and integrations within Appian.Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as Azure DevOps or similar platforms; collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution.Regression Testing: Perform regression testing for new releases and updates to ensure existing functionality remains intact.Performance Testing: Validate application performance under various conditions and recommend optimizations where necessary.Collaboration: Work closely with Business Analysts and developers to clarify requirements and ensure accurate test coverage.
