[Applicants: Over 200 applicants | Industry: Holding Companies | Type: Full-time | Level: Associate] Job Summary:The Senior Human Resources Generalist is a hands-on partner to employees and managers at Otsuka America, Inc., A&P Inphatec, LLC, and Otsuka Nutraceutical Emerging Ventures, LLC, and is responsible for day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department including employee lifecycle, benefits, leaves, compliance, employee relations, and HRIS. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment.Responsibilities:Execute day-to-day HR operations, such as employee on-boarding/off-boarding, compensation, company benefit programs and safety as well as communication, HR data management, reporting on human capital metrics, employee relations, invoice processing, and immigration.Perform talent acquisition activities such as resume screening, candidate interviews, and recommend final selection of candidates; collaborate with hiring managers to understand skills and competencies required for the opening positions while ensuring a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.Maintain HRIS and personnel records with zero-defect data standards.Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management and employment law.Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and benefits.Verify, code and submit HR-related invoices accurately and in a timely manner.Own leave administration end-to-end including notices, tracking, medical certifications, and return-to-work coordination.Process certain employee benefits, including 401(k) contributions and gym stipend claims.Enforce HR policies and procedures and ensure the company is in compliance with federal, state and local employment laws & regulations.Provide training related to interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and harassment.Conducts employee disciplinary meetings, terminations and investigations.Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs and culture-building activities.Assist expatriates with immigration matters including visa application.Perform additional duties as assigned.QualificationsKnowledge/ Experience and Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Demonstrates learning agility and quickly adapts strategy to meet dynamic ne...
