This role blends strategic leadership with operational execution, supporting retail and corporate teams across the region.Senior HR Manager Responsibilities:Lead day-to-day HR operations across the Americas, including talent management, employee relations, payroll oversight, benefits, compliance, and policy administrationManage and develop a small HR team supporting the full employee lifecyclePartner with regional and global leadership to design and execute the people and culture roadmapSupport talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, interviewing, and selection processesDrive learning and development initiatives and champion Diversity & Inclusion programsProvide guidance on employee relations matters, investigations, and performance management processesOversee payroll operations and manage vendor relationships, including expansion into new marketsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment legislationLead and contribute to key HR projects including system implementations, onboarding enhancements, engagement initiatives, and HR setup for new marketsContinuously improve HR processes, leveraging best practices and emerging technologiesSenior HR Manager Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldProven HR management experience, preferably within retail or luxury fashionExperience supporting high-growth, expanding, or internationally scaling businessesStrong knowledge of US employment law; international exposure is a plusDemonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levelsCommercially astute with a hands-on, solutions-driven approachPolished communication style with the ability to represent the organization externallyPassion for luxury retail and brand-driven environments
