Senior Project Manager (BIM/Reality Capture)

This role serves as the primary contact between the client and our internal teams, ensuring that technical services—from field scanning to Revit modeling—meet the specific requirements and deadlines of each project while maintaining profitability.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities :Client & Proposal ManagementDirect Point of Contact: Lead all communication with clients, from initial lead intake through project closeout.Proposal Development: Write project scopes, estimates and delivery proposals that combine reality capture (laser scanning) with BIM/Revit deliverables.Business Growth: Maintain and expand relationships with current clients to identify new project opportunities.Project ExecutionProject Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of multiple complex projects simultaneously.Financial Tracking: Review project costs against the budget weekly to ensure target margins.
