Supply Chain Manager, AMXL Last Mile

This position will lead the development and execution of new worldwide transportation initiatives designed to improve overall efficiency and meet the ever-growing demand for last mile capacity.Key job responsibilitiesRetrieve, analyze, and manage large datasets using Excel, SQL, and other data systems to support planning and scenario analysis.Execute scenario analysis across short-term, mid-term, and HVE horizons using standardized modeling frameworks.Partner with execution teams to assess plan vs. actuals, identify risks, and recommend modeling improvements.Document modeling logic, assumptions, and outputs to ensure clarity, reproducibility, and continuity.Own DSP strategy and OTR capacity insights for Last Mile planning, including implications for high-volume events, profitability, and network design.Lead the OTR tooling and automation roadmap, ensuring alignment across MTP, Last Mile planning, and DSP planning tech.Define and operationalize DSP performance metrics that inform planning assumptions, scenarios, and leadership decisions.Explore and frame “Think Big” network initiatives (e.g., route design, pickup models), translating analysis into clear recommendations and decision points.A day in the lifePartner with planning, tech, and DSP teams to align strategy, tooling priorities, and capacity assumptions.Transform complex cross-team inputs into clear problem statements, tradeoffs, and paths forward.Review data and signals to pressure-test scenarios and inform planning decisions.Lead discussions that drive alignment, unblock decisions, and move work from analysis to action.About The TeamThe Strategic Planning Team serves as the aligned planning nexus across First, Middle, and Last Mile, ensuring the network plans as one system.We define the planning logic, scenarios, and mechanisms that connect execution reality to strategic decisions across all planning horizons.Our work enables leaders to anticipate risk, evaluate tradeoffs, and make confident decisions during both steady-state operations and high-volume eventsBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree3+ years of program or project management experience3+ years...
