This is a hybrid work opportunity.Responsibilities:Lead enhancement and defect management efforts, requirement gathering and driving delivery from concept to execution for our ServiceNow platform; play a key role in shaping internal processes and standards to improve operational efficiency and platform governanceServe as the main contact for enhancement requests, incidents, and defect reports, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery; lead delivery from intake through completion by coordinating across support, development, and platform teamsTranslate operational and business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans; prioritize backlog items based on business value and strategic alignmentFacilitate sprint planning, monitor progress, and remove blockers to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of enhancements and fixesAct as a liaison between business users, developers, and platform support teams, communicating roadmap updates and release plansIdentify workflow improvement opportunities, contribute to operational standards, and support compliance with upgrade cycles and platform health checksAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum five years of recent practical experience developing, and supporting ServiceNow in an enterprise environmentBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information technology, or related field is preferred; Certifications in ServiceNow Certified System Administra...
