Commercial Analyst

This position ensuress data accuracy and governance across multiple analytics platforms and collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop advanced reporting and strategic metrics. The role combines technical expertise with business acumen and strategic thinking to support effective data-driven decision-making of sales teams.Responsibilities:Global Sales Data Analysis: Collects, consolidate, and interpret sales and commercial data from regional sources and systems such as Power BI, Salesforce, SAP, and/or other ERPPrice analytics: Proposes standardized and regular price analytics and recommends further improvements in pricing strategy according to data analytics outcomes and insightsReporting& Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights to global stakeholdersData Governance: Assess data accuracy and establish governance frameworks to promote consistency and reliability across all platformsCRM - focus on data accuracy: Collaborate with the CRM IT team to identify areas for Pipeline, Account and Activities processes improvement, propose, develop and maintain CRM dashboards and reports to drive data accuracy and data driven decision makingStrategic Metrics: Identify and define key performance indicators and strategic metrics to measure global commercial outcomes and support achievement of business objectivesCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner proactively with Sales Management, Sales Enablement, Product & Marketing Management, and CRM teams to ensure alignment between data initiatives and organizationalneedsContinuous Improvement: Lead ongoing en...
