Order Fulfilment Specialist with German – Philips Monitors

The team supports the Philips Monitors and AOC brands within the EMEA market.As the first back-office contact for customers, you will ensure a high level of satisfaction related to order and delivery management and complaint resolution. You will also provide operational support to the sales organization and help improve overall service levels.What you will doProcess sales orders accurately and on time (SAP registration, pricing checks, goods allocation, backorder management)Manage deliveries with 3PLs (delivery updates, scheduling with warehouse/carriers, delivery follow-up, shipment/export documentation)Meet the company’s TPW cost targetsHandle complaints: registration, coordination, follow-up, and feedback to customersParticipate in cross-functional projectsConduct sales data analysis, pricing reviews, and share stock availabilityTrack sales plan performanceCommunicate regularly with Sales, Credit Controllers, Demand Planne...
