The role involves creating modern, consistent interfaces aligned with the design system and collaborating with product and development teams.The project is HR software for businesses that streamlines work, operates independently, and is intuitive. It enables intelligent automation of business processes such as workforce planning and management, HR and payroll, and financial reporting.ResponsibilitiesDesigning views and components for HR web applications.Co-creating and developing the design system (MUI / React).Preparing mockups, prototypes, and user flows (Figma).Supporting developers in implementing designs (handoff + consultations).Participating in UX reviews, usability reviews, and refinements.PROFIL RECHERCHÉRequirementsExperience in designing web applications (minimum 4 years).Excellent knowledge of Figma and UI/UX principles.Nice to have: experience with MUI, HR systems design, or B2B/SaaS products.Communicative English (minimum B1/B2).
