Senior IT System Engineer (Linux/RedHat/L2-3)

We are expanding our IT team and looking for a skilled professional to maintain and enhance our IT infrastructure.Short descriptionWe are seeking aSenior Systems Engineerwith expertise inLinux server infrastructure. This role focuses on ensuring seamless IT operations, optimizing systems, and supporting internal teams and external partners.Main duties and responsibilitiesBuild, operate, troubleshoot, and expand IT server infrastructure;Manage on-premises and hybrid Linux RHEL server environments on VMware;Ensure zero downtime for critical IT services;Implement IT security measures and enforce compliance policies;Provide technical support to the IT team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders;Support enterprise information systems and client PC networks;Specify, develop, and troubleshoot IT equipment, and recommend system improvements.Required competenciesMinimum 4-5 years of hands-on server infrastructure experience;Degree in IT or equivalent knowledge;Strong Linux (RHEL) (Level 2/3 infrastructure);Basic networking knowledge;B-category driving license and availability to work 8:00–16:00;Motivated, independent, and team-oriented mindset.Desirable competencies:Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform(GCP);VMware skills is an advantageCommunication level of English skills;experience with Windows/Microsoft environment (L1-2)Experience with Dell server hardware;IT security experience (NIS2/ISO standards).Compensations and Benefits:Competitive salary with additional perks (cafeteria, voluntary pension contributions, commuting support, 2-3 days home office)Modern working environment and supportive management;Friendly company culture;Long-term career and professional development opportunities.
